Handpicked from young vines on the 11th of April 2021. This Riesling was bunch sorted and 50% destemmed. The fruit sat on skins for 4 - 6 hours before basket pressing, settled overnight and moved into old French oak to ferment. The wine spent three months in old French oak to build before it was bottled.
Fresh and fun...this Riesling is perfect for drinking now!
