Picked on the 13th March 2019, this single block Chardonnay is basket pressed, barrel fermented and left to rest in French oak with little intervention for 10 months. The 23 year old vines were hand pruned, carefully manicured throughout the season and hand-picked ensuring only the best fruit goes into each bottle.
