Handpicked from young vines on the 9th of April 2020, this Riesling was destemmed; the fruit was then basket pressed, settled overnight and moved into old barrels to ferment. The wine spent 3 months in old oak to build before it was moved to steel tank for a further month, before it was bottled.
This is a wine to drink now or to put a away.
Very limited stocks of this wine with only 60 cases made.
