Our third vintage from these young vines. Handpicked from young vines on the 6th April 2019. 65% of the fruit underwent semi-carbonic maceration, 100% whole bunch. The remaining fruit was destemmed and placed in open vats, prior to wild fermentation. With a total of 5 weeks on skins. The fruit was then basket pressed and transferred into old oak barrels to mature for 11 months before being blended. This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
Our production for this vintage was just over 1.5 tonnes per acre resulting in a limited production.
