Handpicked from young vines on the 6th of April 2019, this Riesling was destemmed and left on skins for 6-8 hours; the fruit was then basket pressed, settled overnight and moved into old barrels to ferment. The wine spent 3 months on lees in old oak to build complexity and texture before it was moved to steel tank for a further month, before it was bottled.
This is a wine to drink now or to put a away.
