Picked on the 18th March 2018, this single block Chardonnay is hands on. Basket pressed, barrel fermented and left to rest in French oak with little intervention for 10 months. These 22 year old vines were hand pruned, carefully manicured throughout the season and hand-picked ensuring only the best fruit goes into each bottle. Enjoy!
