Picked on the 3rd of April, 2017, this single block Chardonnay is hands on.
Basket pressed, barrel fermented and left to rest in French oak with little intervention for 10 months. These 22 year old vines were hand pruned, carefully manicured throughout the season and hand-picked ensuring only the best fruit goes into each bottle.
Our production for vintage was just over 1 tonne per acre resulting in a final production of approximately 120 cases.
