Our production for this vintage was just under 1.1 tonnes per acre resulting in a final production of 1400 bottles. Handpicked from young vines on the 29th March 2018. This Riesling was destemmed and left on skins for 5-6 hours; the fruit was then basket pressed, settled overnight and moved into old barrels to ferment. The wine spent 3 months on lees in old oak to build complexity and texture before it was moved to steel tank for a further month, before it was bottled.
This is a wine to drink now or to put a away to saver.
