Picked and processed into wine on the 9th of March, 2016, this wine is hands on.
Grapes were basket pressed and juiced moved into tank to settle overnight before being moved into French oak barrels to ferment, where they stayed for 12 months with little intervention .
Our 20 year old vines were hand pruned, hand picked and carefully manicured throughout the season, ensuring only the best fruit goes into each bottle.
