This bottle of Pinot Noir was picked on the 29th of March, 2015. A mild spring and dry summer created perfect growing conditions for a fantastic vintage, helping the development of palate and nose.
Our 20 year old vines were hand pruned, hand picked and carefully manicured throughout the season, ensuring only the best fruit goes into each bottle.
