Négociant is a word used to describe someone who buys their raw materials i.e. grapes and then produces, bottles and markets it under their own label. The Lyons Will Négociant Series is a rare collection of agreements we have made with outstanding growers that make something truly different or special.
This Picpoul calls the eastern slope of Mt Camel home, thanks to the superb team at Humis Vineyard.
100% destemmed, wild fermented in large format 2850Ltr, 110 year old foudre, then matured in tank on lees for four months. Racked and lightly fined before gentle filtration prior to bottling. Vegan.
This fresh crisp wine has lovely texture. This lovely savoury white wine have hints of lemon, saline, and floral notes. Good levels of acidity, making it the perfect drink this summer.
