Handpicked on the 19th March 2024. The fruit was destemmed and left on skins for 10-12 hours before being pressed into old french barriques. This Riesling was wild fermented in old oak and went through full natural malolactic fermentation. It spent 9 months on lees in old oak before it was moved to stainless steel for a further month to settle. This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
