The "Farrawell" vineyard was diligently planted in 1996 by Bob and Barbara Farrawell of whom we gladly received ownership from over ten years ago. This vineyard has a unique grace and beauty deserving it’s own limited label. Only 75 cases.
Estate grown, single vineyard, single clone (D5V12).
Sustainable vineyard management and 100% hand picked.
30% whole bunch (semi carbonic maceration), 70% destemmed. Wild fermentation in open vats, three weeks on skins. Pumped over. Pressed at dryness to aged French barriques for 12 months maturation. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan.
