Handpicked from young vines on the 6th April 2017. Our debut Riesling was destemmed and left on skins for 3-4 hours; the fruit was then basket pressed, settled overnight and moved into old barrels to ferment and mature for four months. Our production for this vintage was just over 0.5 tonnes per acre resulting in a limited production.
